In Britain you're allowed to drive a car when you're seventeen. You have to get a special two-year driving licence before you can start. When you are learning, someone with a full licence always has to be in the car with you because you are not allowed to drive the car on the road alone. You don't have to go to a driving school. A friend can teach you. The person with you isn't allowed to take honey for the lesson unless he has got a teacher's licence.
Before you're allowed to have a full licence, you have to take a driving test. You can take a test in your own car, but it has to be fit for the road. In the test you have to drive round for about half an hour and then answer a few questions. If you don't pass the test, you're allowed to take it again a few weeks later if you want to. In 1970, a woman passed her fortieth test after 212 driving lessons! When you've passed your test, you don't have to take it again, and you're allowed to go on driving as long as you like, if you are healthy. Britain's oldest driver was a man who drove in 1974 at the age of 100.

In your school, are you allowed to choose the subjects you want to learn In America there is a school trying something new. At a high school in Florida, students will be able to choose their own classes. We all know that some students are better at some subjects than others. Some students plan to go on to college, while others will not. At this school, students are able to find subjects they are interested in, and possibly even find the field(领域) they would like to go into after school. They are allowed to choose a subject like biology, math, a foreign language, or study skills like computer or car repair.
Some people think this is a good idea, because it helps students think about what they want to do in the future, and the school helps to give them the knowledge and skills needed to get there. They say that giving the students the chance to choose their own classes makes high school more interesting. Others disagree. They think that fourteen-year-old teenagers are too young to know what they will want to do in the future.

Many kids help parents to do chores such as washing the dishes, cleaning the floors and taking out the trash. In return, some kids get money or other rewards(奖赏) from their parents, such as 20 minutes to play computer games.
But some people do not think that kids should get rewards for doing chores. One of them is Susie Walton, a parenting educator. She believes that if kids get rewards, they will think that work isn't worth doing unless they get something in return. For example, kids won't sweep the floor if they see it is dirty. But they will clean the floor if their parents reward them for it. "Every house needs a team effort," Susie said. "A home is a living space for everyone in the family. It's important for kids to see that we all have a responsibility to keep our home clean.
Other people have different opinions. They believe that money or other rewards can motivate kids to do more chores. It also teaches them real world lessons about how we need to work to earn money. Now,there are also apps that encourage kids to do chores. The apps give kids points and digital gifts that can be used either online or in the real world. With the Chore Monster app, kids earn digital points after doing chores. Kids can exchange their points for real rewards, such as time to play video games or a trip to the mall. "Our goal is to encourage kids to earn rewards, says Chris Bergman, founder of Chore Monster. "Kids need positive(积极的) power to make them do chores. "
What do you think Should kids be rewarded for doing chores Or should kids help to clean up their homes without getting anything in return

What's more, developing some interests is a good way to make ourselves fully developed. We can learn to play the piano, sing songs, dance, collect stamps, draw pictures and so on. As an old saying goes,"You can never learn too much.
In addition I think it's our duty to do some housework at home. We should help do some cleaning, water the flowers or walk the dog. Then our parents can live an easier life. Also, by doing this, we can learn to be independent and get ourselves well prepared for the future life.
Lastly, we must study hard because knowledge is power. The more books we read, the more power we'll have. Thus, we can help to build our country and enjoy a better life.
If we do these things well, we will be able to grow up as a fully developed person.
