Advice I’m Jane. I have a healthy lifestyle. I usually go swimming to keep fit. I also love eating healthy food.
In the morning, I like having some baozi, an egg and a glass of milk for breakfast. They can help me start the day well.
For lunch, I usually have some rice, beef and vegetables, such as carrots and potatoes. After lunch, I like eating some fruit, such as grapes. They can give the energy for the whole afternoon.
