S1、Warm up / Lead in S2.Presentation S3、Practice S4.Extension &sum up 1、Warming up:Say morning and Free talk 2、Enjoy a song about “Changes in me”. 3.Talk about the pictures of me,and lead the ss to say my changes.Right.It’s me. I changed a lot. I’m different from what I was before. And lead the title of this lesson. Let’s try.Listen and circle: what are they talking about What grade was Mike in Let students predict and guess the answers.Then play the recording of “Let’s try”. Look and predict. Show them the pictures of the main scene,Come and look at Mike’s photo! (Point to the first picture.),then talk about it. listen and fill in the table. Mike liked pink five years ago. How about now Please listen and fill in the table. 4、Listen and underline. What else How did Mike change Listen and underline his changes in your books.Ask students to answer the questions and fill in the table. 5.Think answer:How did John change Present the picture of John.OK, boys and girls, you have changed a lot. You are different now. How about John Read and underline his changes in your books. 1. Listen and imitate. Now listen to the recording and imitate the dialogue. While reading, please pay attention to the pronunciation and the intonation. 2. Read the dialogue by themselves. 3. Think and complete the dialogue. Present the incomplete dialogue on the PPT. Ask students to fill in it,to practice the dialogue and familiar with the talk. 4. Read in roles and act out. Now let’s read in roles. One is Chen Jie, one is John, and another one is Mike. Practice in groups of three.Students practice in groups.Then Show their performance in class. 5.Retell the dialogue. Now look at the blackboard and retell the dialogue like: Before, Mike liked pink. Now, he doesn’t like pink. 6.Watch the video. 1、 How did your classmates change Look at your classmates’ old photos and talk about their changes. 2、 Create a dialogue. Now,take out your old photos now. How did you change How did your family members or friends change 3.Do some exercise.
