指 导 思 想 设 计 思 路 英语阅读是吸收语言材料、增加语言知识、扩大词汇量的重要手段，而且阅读能力的提高能为英语口语交际能力和写作能力打下良好的基础，也为学生从英语阅读中认识学习英语的真正意义和价值，体验学习英语的乐趣，为学生树立学好英语的自信心打下坚实的基础。《英语课程标准》要求学生能够按照阅读目的要求，运用恰当的阅读策略；《英语课程标准》还指出：初中英语教学要侧重培养学生的阅读能力。从近几年中考试题可以看出阅读部分难度加大，对学生阅读能力和阅读量的要求更高。因此非常有必要在平时教学中进行一些阅读策略的指导和训练，本节课通过快速浏览和详细阅读提取文章中关键信息，利用这些信息概括总结文章主要内容，进而实现对文章的整体理解。
教 材 分 析 本单元围绕“电视节目”这一话题展开教学，设计了包括听、说、读、写四个方面，五个课时的内容。目的是让学生会表达自己的看法，并能够灵活的运用表达看法的语句来谈论自己喜欢和不喜欢的事物。本节课是第四课时，通过学习米老鼠的故事，让学生切身感受到作为卡通片中的人物角色米老鼠传递给大家积极乐观的态度和不畏惧困难、坚持不懈的精神。
学 情 分 析 八年级的学生具有一定的语言知识储备，能够听懂并用简单的英语进行交流，完成基础的读写任务。但学生之间英语水平差异比较大，也是教学过程中比较难解决的问题。通过前几节课的学习，学生对于电视节目的类型有所了解，能够表达自己的观点和看法。本节课的内容学生会比较感兴趣，但其中的一些任务完成起来还是会有难度的,小组合作是可以顺利完成学习目标。
