教学目标
1、在师生交流、感知文本的过程中,通过出示单词卡,自然拼读、分类识记、集中操练的方式, 98%的学生能认读单词 learn-learnt, teach-taught,write- wrote, dancer--dance--danced,95%的学生能听懂、理解单词foreign language.
2.通过师生问答、生生问答、游戏操练、Group work等任务, 98%的学生能口头运用 Did she learn any foreign languages Yes, she did. No, she didn't.这类语句谈论以前发生的事;能用现在进行时描述正在发生的事:
He's learning English now. 90%的学生能用过去时和现在进行时描述他人过去和现在的状况,并作出比较。在活动的过程中,积极思考,乐于参与,主动运用所学英语进行表达和交流。
3、通过提出问题、感知文本、回答问题、跟读模仿、分角色朗读的方式, 98%的学生能理解课文含义;85%的学生能在老师和同伴的帮助下正确地朗读课文,在学习过程中喜欢与其他同学配合和合作,养成良好的学习习惯。
4、德育目标了解自己的爱好,发挥特长,并为此坚持练习。懂得英语学习的重要性,学习爷爷活到老学到老的精神。教学重点难点重点:
(1)能用过去时谈论以前发生的事:
Did she learn any foreign languages
Yes, she learnt English.
(2)能用现在进行时描述正在发生的事:He's learning English now.
(3)能用过去时和现在进行时描述他人过去和现在的状况,并作出比较。
难点:能在具体的语境中正确、恰当地运用所学知识与他人进行交际。

教学过程
Step1 Warming up
( Free talk )教师自我介绍:I can't swim. So on the summer holiday, I learnt to swim.出示单词卡,复习 learn,学习过去式learnt (板书)。然后教师再说:And I taught my daughter English.出示单词卡,复习 teach,学习过去式 taught(板书)提向: What did you learn on summer holidays
学生交流: I learnt to dance.1 learnt English. ....
教师评价过程中德育渗透: You should know what you are good at and work hard for it.
Chant:出示本节课学习用到的动词原形和其过去式,先让学生连线:go-went make-made watch-watched learn-learnt teach-taught 引出 write-wrote,学习 wrote.再请学生一起 rap(学生边拍手边跟着节奏说唱)
Step2 Presentation学习 Part1
1、出示 Ms Smart照片,提向: What did she learn 播放 Part1课文视频
2、出示 Part1中四幅图,逐一抽学生回答:
(1) She learnt to dance.
(2) She learnt to cook.
(3) She taught languages.
(4)She wrote a book.出示英语、法语、俄语图片,学习 language和 languages.然后再一起跟读 Part1。
学习 Part 21、出示玲玲手里拿照片的图片,一张是舞者的照片,一张是司机的照片,提问: What's she 引出:She is a dancer.学习 dancer(板书);What's he He’s a driver(板书)。通过这两张图片,提问:Who are they
让学生猜一猜,然后播放 Part2全篇课文视频,让学生找答案。
2、回答问题:(播放 Part2第二段视频)
(1)What was Lingling’s grandma She was a dancer .
(2)Where did she dance She danced in lots of Chinese cities.
(3) Did she learn any foreign languages (出示汉语 Chinese is our mother language、英语、法语、俄语 they are foreign languages图片,通过对比,学习 foreign)
Yes, she learnt English.板书:
Did she learn any foreign languages
Yes, she learnt English.教师领读请学生再次读第二段,并小组讨论:
What do you think of Lingling’s grandma
What can we learn from Lingling’s grandma
She was very famous. She was hard-working. So she was a useful man.(德育渗透):We should learn from her, study hard, to be a a useful man in future.
3.播放第 3-4段视频,回答问题:
(1)What was Lingling’s Grandpa He was a driver.
(2)Did he learn English too No, he didn't. But he's learning English now.(板书)知识点: learning正在学习
Step3 Practise
1、跟读模仿
2、自读,并在小组内分角色朗读,并根据朗读情况自行评价。
3、抽生上台分角色朗读。
4、Magic box game:每个盒子内有本节课的重点句型,读对的学生给予奖励。5、Lucky wheel game:练习句型:(图片出示课本活动四的内容)
A: Did she/he... yesterday
B: Yes, he/she did. / No, he/she didn’t.
Step4 Production
1, Let's talk. Talk about teacher’s grandpa.教师出示自己爷爷书写的图片,带领学生谈论:Who's he He is my grandpa.
Did he do Taijiquan
Yes, he did. Did he learn to write
No, he didn’t. But he’s learning to write now.学生四人一组,make a survey of their family: Group work:
A: Who is he/she
B: He/ She is my_________ .
C: Did he/she_________
B: Yes he/she did.
A: Did he/she _________
B: No, he/she didn't. But, he's/she's________ now.完成任务后,小组上前展示,最后组长根据组员口语能力表现情况对组员进行评价。
2、观看视频,老爷爷 102岁了,但他正在学习英语。
It's never too late to learn. We are very young, so we should study hard.
Step 5 Summary
1、课件出示思维导图,引导学生读出本节所学重点句型和单词。
2、教师进行小组评价。
Step 6 Homework
1. Read the text twice.
