一、教学内容

（一）知识目标：

三、学习重点和难点

难点：能运用过去进行时就意外事故这一话题进行讨论。
四、设计理念
以话题为核心，调动学生积极性，并穿插进行口语及听力练习，锻炼学生的听说能力。
对话教学采取先提出问题，带着问题听、理解的 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )形式，注意了整体教学，整体理解；然后采取小组内对话的形式练习、巩固。词汇和短语在语境中自然接触，很容易让学生领会。教学活动由易到难，设计任务型学习活动，在真实任务中引导学生主动思考，培养学生的创造性思维能力和交际能力。在日常教学中做到理论联系实际,学以致用，体会真实环境下的语言运用。
五、教学过程：
Step 1 Warm---up
Listen and read new words, then spell the new words with fingers.
设计意图： 学生早读时已预习过本单元单词，可利用几分钟时间带学生快速回顾温习。对单词的熟练度越高，学习的准确率也越高。
Step 2 Speaking

1）in time 意为“及时”。I hope you can return in time.
On time意为“准时，按时”。相当于at the right time.

2）fall off 意为“跌落，下降”，fell 是fall 的过去式。
He fell off the bike. 他从自行车上跌落下来。
