(2) whether...or... 还可引导名词性从句(主语从句、表语从句、宾语从句、同位语从句),意为“是……还是……”,用于提供两种选择。

First of all, it's necessary to keep healthy eating habits. It contains plenty of available equipment for us to do exercise, such as basketball,ping-pong and jogging.
