【设计思路】
本课时是三年级下册的会话课,在Let's talk这部分,运用新学期开始,教师向同学们介绍新转学生的故事情景,来复习之前学习过的打招呼用语:Hi,并学习新的句型:“We have two new friends today. I'm ...I'm from....“仍可以使用后两个句式介绍自己的姓名和来自哪个地方。
本单元的Part A由以前学习过的知识引入,先呈现如何介绍自己的内容,为之后学习如何介绍他人、如何询问以及回答来自哪里等话题内容奠定基础。在实际教学中,由于学生大部分来自的地方相同,所以教师要为学生创设良好的教学情境,让学生在此情境下进行交流、操练语言,也使语言交流更加真实和有意义。
【教材分析】
本课时为PEP小学英语三年级下册Unit 1 Welcome back to school.第一课时Part A Let's talk教学内容。本单元是开学的第一个单元“Welcome back to school”欢迎学生回到学校,很快就把学生拉到学习上来。从巩固问候语开始,例如“Good morning,boys and girls、Nice to meet you、Nice to meet you, too”。接着学习自我介绍“I'm... I'm from...”同时学习国家名称“China、Canada”等在本节教学内容过程中要求学生能听会说“I’m from …”。同时能理解课文内容:“Boys and girls ,we have two new friends today.”学生能主动参与句型的对话练习,对英语感兴趣。
【学情分析】
三年级的学生,由于年龄小,又加上生性活泼好动,喜欢直观形象思维,对游戏、竞赛、画画特别感兴趣。三年级是小学生学习英语的基础阶段,这一阶段的重要任务在于激发并保持学生学习英语的兴趣。因此,在设计课堂教学活动时一定要根据学生的情况,采用灵活多样的教学方法来吸引学生的注意,努力营造玩中学、学中玩的教学情境。课堂上尽量以鼓励表扬为主,鼓励学生开口说英语、特别是给差生创造机会,让他们尝试成功的喜悦。
总之,现在的三年级学生,对英语的学习热情较高,可塑性较强,只要在教学中,教师加强对学生的学法引导和学习习惯的培养,学生的英语学习一定会取得很大的进步。
【教学目标】
1.能听懂、会说“Hi、Hello、I'm...和I'm from...”等见面打招呼、自我介绍的日常用语.
2.能在实际情境中运用功能句型“I'm...、I'm from...、What about you ”进行交谈.
3.能熟练运用所学知识进行自我介绍、打招呼和交朋友.
【教学重点】
学生能听懂会说见面打招呼、自我介绍的日常用语.
【教学难点】
学生能在实际情境中运用功能句型“I'm...I'm from...、What about you ”进行熟练交谈.
【教学过程】
Step 1: Warm-up
1.Sing a song.
Playing the record:Unit1 “Hello”, students 。
2.T:“ Today is the first class of this term. Welcome back to school! Welcome back to our English class! Nice to meet you.”(边说边做“欢迎”的动作,引导学生理解“Welcome back to …!” 的意思)
Ss:……。
(Justification:With the help of the song,students' knowledge reserve can be mobilized, and core sentence patterns can be used to guide classes and stimulate their interest in learning.)
Step 2:Presentation
1.The teacher introduces her name and nationality, and guide students to introduce themselves.
T:“I’m from…. What’s your name ”
Ss:…(教师多提问几名学生,个人或整体都可以)
The teacher show pictures of the Chinese flag.
T:“ I’m from China. And you ”
Ss:…(如果学生说不出,教师可多说几遍,鼓励学生说“I’m from ....”)
2.The teacher plays the recording of the text and leads out new friends:Mike and Zhang Peng:
T:“We have a lot of friends last term.(教师出示学过的书上人物图) Today we have two new friends.” (教师出示两个新朋友的图片)“Who are they Listen carefully please.”
T:“Who are our new friends ”

3.The teacher plays the animation of A Let's talk twice, and students imitate it.(提醒学生模仿录音中语音语调)
4. The teacher plays the recording of the text again and imitates it sentence by sentence.
T:“Is Mike from China ” “What does Mike say “What does Zhang Peng say ”(多找几名学生模仿Mike和Zhang Peng来介绍自己的名字及国籍)
Ss:Yes./No.She he is from ....
5.Let the students perform the dialogue in roles in a four-person group.And let students come up and perform.(学生可以看着课件中的原文)
(Justification:By listening to the recording repeatedly, we can deepen students' understanding of the text.Students can introduce themselves correctly with card tips.)
Step 3:Practice
1. Role play
T:Hi, I’m Amy. I’m from the UK. What about you
S1:Hi,I'm Xiao dong.I'm from USA.
T:Hi,I’m Mike. I’m from Canada. What about you
S2:Hi,I'm Xiao hua.I'm from China.
T:Hi,I’m ... I’m from .... What about you

(Practice it several times in this process to help students understand "What about you ". Understand the pronunciation of "Canada" and "USA". Then, let the students perform "Look and say" in different roles. Please invite two of them to perform on stage.)
2. Playing music ball
The rules:When I knock on the blackboard with my back to you, you should pass the flower one by one.when I stop, student who has the flower should read the words.Understand Ok, Let's begin!(Justification:In the form of games, with the help of real situations, the students can use the main sentence patterns flexibly in appropriate scenes.)

[教学反思]
本节课所学的内容是新学期伊始,学生通过打招呼、自我介绍认识新朋友,引出与新朋友的交谈情景,呈现核心句型“I'm... I'm from..."。在教学过程中,我引导学生创设情景进行对话练习,通过反复操练、上台表演的形式,很好地完成了本堂课的教学任务。在巩固这个版块中通过做游戏,吸引学生的注意力,激发学习英语的兴趣。但是反复的听录音这一块,没有考虑到学生注意力的持续时间,容易造成厌烦的心态。
