(1)这是一个祈使句。祈使句是用于表达说话人的愿望、意志、请求、命令、号召或建议等。其主语you通常省略,谓语动词用原形。
(2)buy是动词，意为“买”。
常用短语：buy sb. sth.=buy sth. for sb.
为某人买某物；buy … from …从……买……。
