教学目标 1.语言能力: 1) learn to use some basic expressions,such as It is celebrated on..,It's my favorite festival because...,It makes me feel...and to write a passage about their favorite festivals. 2)understand the structure of the article(Beginning, Body, Ending). 2.文化意识: 1) arouse their interest in Chinese traditional culture such as Chinese poems and festivals. 2)further think what they can do to spread Chinese traditional culture. 3.思维品质: 1) appreciate Chinese traditional culture and think about the importance and meaning of Chinese traditional festivals. 2) develop critical thinking to think about how to spread Chinese traditional culture. 4.学习能力: 1)develop their abilities of analyzing the structure of the passage given. 2)polish their passage from structure,contents and language by peer-editing. 3)develop the abilities of autonomous learning and cooperative learning.
教学重点 与难点 重点: 1.Appreciate Chinese traditional culture and think about the importance and meaning of Chinese traditional festivals. 2.Analyzing the structure of the passage given. 难点: 1.Polish their passage from structure,contents and language by peer-editing. 2.Further think what they can do to spread Chinese traditional culture.

Lead in (3minutes) 1.Ask Ss to talk about Chinese traditional culture by showing them some pictures.
