Analysis of the Teaching Material 本课是一节关于学校日程的阅读课。通过前一节课的学习，我们学习了John的日程表，并在作业中，让学生实践写出了自己的日程表。这为本节课的学习打下了基础，学生理解起来较容易。本课时主要是复习关于学校活动的英语表达；能够读懂关于学校活动的通知和安排，并会表达自己喜爱的课内外活动。教材内容涉及的课内外的一些活动，非常贴近学生的学习生活。通过阅读课内外活动的日程安排，可以使学生学会合理设计一些班级或学校活动，合理安排日程，养成良好的生活和学习习惯。
Analysis of the Students 对于询问日期和学校活动，学生已比较熟悉。但为了帮助学生在课上熟练输出目标语言，我们可以充分利用学案的自主学习，让学生根据自身情况，做好知识准备。本课时的阅读材料采用了“总一分一总”的结构，结构比较明确，句式是前几课时的延续。但要想让学生能够轻松地完成阅读任务,需要帮助学生掌握一定的阅读技巧，提醒学生跳读、扫读、细读相结合，默读与朗读相结合。任务设计注重层次化，引领学生在阅读中掌握重难点。另外，学生的注意力是有限的，因此在大量阅读后，应设计一些学生喜闻乐见的活动，让他们在活动中自觉、主动练习，培养他们综合运用语言的能力。
Language ability 1.掌握下列词汇：art，festival, dear, thing, term, month,busy, time, there 及句型Have a good time!2.掌握一些常见的学校活动的表达方式，并能合理安排日程、计划。通过情境体验，能够复习并巩固月份日期的询问和回答方式。3.通过扫读和寻读活动，了解文章大意，理解文章内容，理清文章结构。
Learningability 1.通过互动、小组合作、游戏等方式完成课堂学习任务。2.通过预测、抓关键词、猜测词义和采访活动，能够对文章主要内容进行推断，理解文章细节并复述文章。
Thinking quality 通过小组合作，能够表达自我，加深对自己朋友的了解，提高实际生活场景中用英语沟通的能力。
Cultural awareness 通过目标词汇和语言的学习，能够谈论生日，日期，体验不同的文化带来的魅力。
Teaching KeyPoints 重点：就课内外学生们的组织活动的话题内容，展开说、读的训练。难点：能阅读有关学校组织活动内容的短文，并能获得相关信息，提高学生们的阅读能力。

该教学设计遵循“阅读前、阅读中、阅读后”三个环节展开教学。在阅读前，通过设置问题，检查学生预习情况，了解学生学习困难点;在阅读中，通过判断题，细节题等环节，多层次阅读课本，尽可能让学生全面理解文章内容及重点词汇;在阅读后，让学生通过小组合作学习、练习对话、做游戏等方式，力图达到巩固的作用。
有待改进 1观察与思考的设计梯度性应该更加鲜明突出，适合每
一层次学生的要求。
2.对短文的分析不够深入，短文讲解中没有巩固连接词的运用，使学生在写作中对连接词的运用不够恰当。
3.教师本身也需要提高对新课标和任务型教学的认识，以完善今后的教学。
