单元设计
单元名称 Unit 7 Will people have robots
单元教学设计说明 本单元围绕“谈论未来”及“提出问题”这两个话题,设计了相关的活动,从听、说、读、写四个方面,帮助学生堂握运用本单元的重点语法“一般将来时表示猜测”的用法,对学生三种时态的运用能力进行综合训练,帮助学生形成创造性地运用所学三种时态的能力。 本单元语言训练的重点是(1)未来的生活;(2)能使用一般将来时谈论对未来的预测。 重点语言结构是(1)用will谈论将来;(2)正确使用more ,less, fewer表示数量;(3)将来时的用法。SectionA主要是听读说和基础语言运用,为目标句型提供分步示例和指导性练习: SectionB知识扩展、新旧知识的运用,循序渐进的写作练习;运用所学的语言完成各种任务 使学生能够对已经学过的目标句型运用自如:Self-Check自我评价,词汇知识的评价。语言 应用能力的评价。
学情分析 在上一单元学生已学习用be going to结构表示将来,用want to be结构谈论未来理性。这些句型的用法,具有了学习本单元知识的认知前提,能自然地与本单元话题进行衔接。谈论未来的生活和对未来的预测是人们日常生活中经常遇到的话题。故学生喜于用英活表达此类知识。
单元目标与重点难点 目标①语言能力:1.will构成的一般将来时态的陈述句、否定句、疑问句及回答。 2.There be句型的一般将来时。 3.more,less,fewer的用法。 2. learn to predict future with the sentence patterns: will + do/there will be. 3. predict our future and work hard for the future. ②文化意识:Cultivate students' passion for study and future life ③思维品质:通过对前景的设想,让学生在潜移默化中反省自己的现状,使之对目前的学习、生活习惯作适当的调整,并不断的改善自己的现状,使学生的理想观和价值观更为科学,更具发展价值。 ④学习能力:学会思考问题的前因后果,并能意识到低碳生活的重要性,以此学习一般将来时来表达未来的预想。 重难点 重点:1. learn to predict future with the sentence patterns: will + do/there will be. predict our future and work hard for the future will构成的一般将来时态的陈述句、否定句、疑问句及回答。 难点:学会1.will构成的一般将来时态的陈述句、否定句、疑问句及回答。 2.There be句型的一般将来时。 3.more,less,fewer的用法。
单元整体教学思路: 本单元用4课时完成教学任务: 1:(Section A1a-2e) 2:(Section A Grammar Focus-3c) 3:(Section B 1a-2e) 4:(Section B 3a-self check)
教学思路:采用自主学习、小组合作学习、Repeating和Cooperation的学习策略,利用教学图片和制作多媒体课件来展开课堂Pair work,Group work问答式的口语交际活动。本单元的教学法建议:语音教学可采用模仿操练的方法;词汇教学可采用演示讲解、情景操练、反复使用的方法;口语教学可采用互相操练、对话练习、交际活动的方法;阅读教学可采用补充对话和填空的方法;听力教学可采用图文对和听写的方法;写作教学可采用看图填空、模仿写作的方法;语 法教学可采用总结规律、模仿操练的方法

教学目标 ①语言能力:learn to predict future with the sentence patterns: will + do/there will be. ②文化意识:live a low-carbon life to protect our earth. ③思维品质:predict our future and work hard for the future. ④学习能力: 通过听力和口语练习,学会抓住关键信息,与伙伴合作顺利完成任务
学习重点难点 Key points:Master the new words:pollution, prediction, future, pollute,environment, planet,earth, plant, part... be like, move to, on the earth, play a part in doing, save the earth. and learn to predict future with the sentence patterns: will + do/there will be Difficult points:Learn to make predictions with more, less, fewer.

教师活动 1.Look at the picture:How will the world be different 100 years from now?We're going to talk about sth. in 100 years. 2.Read each prediction to the class. Explain the new vocabulary. 3.Read the instructions. Make sure Ss know what they should do. 4.Talk about the answers with the class. Work on 2a. 1. Ask Ss to read the sentences first. 2. Play the tape for Ss to listen and circle the words they hear. 3. Check the answers. 4.
