单元教学设计说明: 本单元教材以学习有关晚会组织为中心话题,围绕着描述“如果参加聚会感觉如何!”展开,学习和运用含有if 引导的条件状语从句和情态动词should的用法。本课教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关,易于引发学生运用简单的英语进行交流。在本课时中,学生通过交换对参加聚会有所感受的描述及看法,促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流,增进情谊。Section A的主要学习内容是:复习情态动词should的用法。Section B安排了许多听、说、读、写的任务活动,教师在教学中可以灵活运用这些活动,将其中的一些活动进行变化或整合,充分调动学生参与的积极性,提高学生的听说读写能力。
学情分析: 本单元的主题是有关晚会组织,通过学习if引导的条件状语从句,把“培养学生学习英语的兴趣,树立自信心,培养良好的学习习惯和形成有效的策略,发展自主学习和合作精神”放在了首位。学习一些新词汇,掌握一些重点句型,在小组合作学习的过程中,培养他们处理人际关系和社会交流能力。

单元整体教学思路:教学方法 情境教学法:在本地单元教学中,教师将学生带想象“如果你能....”的句型,以生动的形式呈现出本单元主题“If you go to the party ,you will have a great time!”,并组织学生在此情境中不断练习if引导的条件从句的用法,达到学以致用的效果。 任务教学法:教师围绕“情态动词”及“条件从句”这两大重点语法,根据课本活动,设计出多种练习形式,包括对话、听力、解释、习题等,以促使学生更好掌握本单元重难点。 多媒体辅助教学:形象、生动,给 教师带学生进入情境提供了载体,使课堂容量相对增加,给学生提供更多语言实践计划,有利于综合语言运用能力的提高。 教具:电脑多媒体等。 十单元课时分配 课时安排 4 periods 1:(Section A 1a-2d) 2:(Section A Grammar Focus-3c) 3:(Section B 1a-2b) 4:(Section B 2c-3c)

Learn “if” adverbial clause of condition to talk about conditions and consequences. At the end of the class, 80% of the students will be able to use the target sentences to talk about their time in the party. ②文化意识: After this class,Students continue to learn about Western social contact and common problems in the lives of Chinese and Western teenagers, and how psychological institutions can provide effective help.Get interest from learning English by heart. Try to speak more in English more. ③思维品质: Under the guidance of teachers and the summary of students’ perception in the activities, students can learn “if” adverbial clause of condition and make suggestions in appropriate language. Also, state their own reasons, which can enhance the understanding and friendship between classmates and cultivate students’ civilized communication habits. ④学习能力: Through this period,most students will be able to use the questions to get information to improve their listening and speaking abilities and train the students’ cooperation with their partners.

Step 2 Presentation
教师活动 Work on 1a. Set a real scene and ask students to think about the question. If you go to a party, what will you do Finish 1a. match the statements with the pictures. Work on 1b.Listen and complete the responses in 1a. After checking the answers, analyze the conditions and consequences. And let students talk about them. Work on 1c. 1.
