《Vincent》(starry starry night)这首歌很有渊源，初是美国民谣歌手Don McLean为纪念荷兰的伟大画家文森特.梵高而作，歌曲创作的灵感来自梵高的一幅著名的画作《Starry Night》（星夜），旋律流畅得浑如天成，词作也是如画般的唯美，据说这首《Vincent》在荷兰的梵谷纪念馆中，长年不断的播放着，以陪伴梵高和他不朽的画作。

（文森特·威廉·梵高，1853年3月30日-1890年7月29日），荷兰后印象派画家。代表作有《星月夜》、自画像系列、向日葵系列等。
（爱德华·蒙克 ，1863年—1944年），挪威表现主义画家、版画复制匠，20世纪表现主义绘画的先驱。其主要作品有《呐喊》、《生命之舞》、《卡尔约翰街的夜晚》。

勒内·马格利特（1898—1967），比利时画家。早期作品包括《会飞的塑像》和《漂亮的俘虏》。成熟期的作品色彩更为鲜明，常以海和天空为题材。代表作有《风云将变》和《比利牛斯山上的城堡》。
