Dumplings are one of the traditional Chinese cuisines. They are a favorite for most Chinese people, however, some don’t know how to make them. Here are the steps of making dumplings.

The first step is to make dumpling wrappers: pour some water into the wheat flour and knead the mixture into a dough. Second, divide the dough into small parts and use the rolling pin to make the dumpling wrappers. When the wrappers are done, it’s time to prepare fillings. Cut the meat and vegetables into pieces to make fillings.
