in half 意为“分两半”,相当于into halves, 常与动词cut 搭配。
拓展:
(1) half of 意为“一半的……”, 后跟名词时, 名词前应有 the, my等限定
词修饰, of 可省略; half of 后也可接代词, 但 of 不能省略。作主语时
谓语动词与其后的名词或代词的数保持一致。
e.g. Half (of) the students in that school are from the countryside.
那所学校一半的学生来自农村。
More than half of our total body weight is water.

(2) “几个半”的表达方法:
①一个半:
