Topic Unit 7 Will people have robots Period Ⅱ Section A(Grammar Focus~3c)
Analysis of the Teaching Material 本节课是该单元第二课时,是一节语法课。本部分在Section A所输入语言的基础上,Grammar Focus利用表格形式梳理出本单元的语法学习要点,单元重点语法结构:一般将来时的句式结构以及more/less /fewer的区别及用法。然后3a-3c通过练习巩固语法知识。因为本单元是学生学习一般将来时(will)的重要组成部分,应该尽量让学生接触丰富的语言材料,关注对话中的一些口语表达形式,并进行模仿。本课时通过带领学生进行探究性语法学习,巩固了第一课时的知识,也为下一节课的学习做好了铺垫,在整个单元中起着承上启下的作用。
Analysis of the Students 通过第一课时的学习,学生们对于本单元的话题和句型结构有了一定的了解。语法方面,较为困难的是一般将来时的句式结构以及more/less /fewer的区别及用法。教学内容与学生实际生活密切相关,容易调动学生已有的基础知识,激发学习兴趣及课堂参与的积极性。该班学困生多,课堂积极性不够高,参与率低,教法精简重点词汇与句型,分层次记忆与操练。通过各种方式对新句型与新单词进行反复大量的操练达到语用的目的。

Learningability 1.掌握will及There be 结构的一般将来时用法;2.进一步掌握more、less、fewer的使用。
Thinking quality 通过引导学生展望未来,顺理成章的让学生反省自己学习、生活的现状,并做出改善。通过学习,能够合理预测未来生活。

Teaching keyPoints 1.用助动词will来表达将来时,并能熟练运用there be句型表 达将来时。2.明确区分可数名词与不可数名词;正确使用more、less、fewer。掌握情态动词will用来表达一般将来时态语法知识点。

Step 2Grammar Focus 1.T divides these sentences into several groups,and show them on the PPT.[来Then asks Ss to read aloud and underline “will” and “won’t”.2.T leads Ss to think about the usage of will:3.T guides Ss to conclude the main sentence structures in the future tense. then asks Ss the following questions:When will we use the future tense Will the verb after it change according to different subjects 大声读表格语句,找出“will, won’t”.观察并总结发现will基本用法。思考will表达一般将来时的用法。 通过观察Grammar Focus, 找出will用法,总结其语法规律。
Step 3Presentation 1.T shows the grammar points for students to write down:语法概述和常用时间状语肯定句:主语+ will_ +_动词原形 +…。否定句:主语+ won’t +动词原形 +…。一般疑问句:will +主语+动词原形+其他回答为:Yes, 主语+ will; No, 主语+ won’t特殊疑问句:特殊疑问词 +will +主语+动词原形+其他2.T tells the differences be tween “will” and “be going to. Then plays a video.3.T shows the grammar points of“there will be” for students to write down. Then review the language point of“more/fewer/less”. 跟着老师学习will表示一般将来时的语法规则(包括用法,句型结构)。区分”will” 和 “be going to”用法学习there will be一般将来时用法。 学习there will be的一般将来时用法。
Step4 practice 1.T asks the Ss to look through Activity 3a and fill in the blanks with more, less or fewer. Then Ss check their answers.2.T guides Ss to think what will happen in the future,Ss can complete the predictions in Activity 3b with what they think will happen. T can choose some Ss to read their sentences in class.3.T asks the Ss to imagine what the future city look like. T can ask Ss to work in groups to draw the picture about the future city. Then invite each group to show what they draw to the class. At last, Ss can compare the pictures to see which group paints better. 完成3a填空。选中的同学说出自己的答案。完成3b任务单。大胆想象。展开未来城市想象.画出心目中的理想城市,完成3c任务单。 通过完成3a练习,巩固more, less or fewer修饰可数不可数名词的用法。通过完成3b,3c活动,鼓励学生大胆想象未来世界和未来城市,激励其为了未来美好生活而努力奋斗。
Step 5Language Points Explanation 1.skies用作复数,表示天气或某地的天空看上去怎样;当只指“天空”时,sky通常用单数形式。There wasn’t a cloud in the sky. 1.There be 句型: 1. there be 句型表示客观存在的“有”(所有者不明确)。 2. be形式的确定要根据其后面的名词单复数形式来确定。 3. There be 句型的一般将来时结构:There here will + 其他4. more 可数名词 / 不可数名词 , less + 不可数名词 fewer + 可数名词。 将知识点做好笔记。 将本课重点汇总系统的进行讲解和分析,结合典例,帮助学生形成语言体系。
