cloth 指的是布,是不可数名词 clothing 服装的总称,常见搭配a piece of cloth
clothing 是不可数名词,做主语时,谓语动词用单数,它是一个集合名词。当想表示一件衣服时,我们可以借助article,item或piece这几个词来用。
