Changes in my life
Instead of spending long hours on social media, I now devote that time to reading and learning. Rather than mindlessly addicting myself to my phone, I engage in educational content that broadens my knowledge and skills. I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall productivity and mental well-being.
Instead of spending weekends aimlessly, I have joined various communitites and actively participated in events and gatherings. This change has enriched my social life and provided me with new perspectives on different aspects of life.
I stopped relying mainly on fast food or takeout, Instead,I have started cooking nutritious meals at home. This shift in my eating habits has contributed to a healthier and more satisfying lifestyle.
Instead of sitting for long periods, I I have adopted a healthier lifestyle by doing regular exercise. I find that adding daily workouts to my routine has not only enhanced my physical fitness, but has positively impacted my energy levels and concentration as well.
