如何选择介词和关系代词？
①根据从句中谓语动词和介词的搭配关系。
The two things of which they are proud were Jim’s watch and Kelly’ hair.
他们引以为豪的两样东西是吉姆的手表和凯利的头发。
②根据与先行词的搭配关系选择。
I still remember the day on which I first met her.
我还记得我第一次遇见她的那一天。
③根据动词和介词的搭配关系或介词和名词的搭配关系。
That is the house in which your father once lived.
那就是你爸爸曾经住过的房子。

限制性定语从句与非限制性定语从句
非限制性定语从句用来补充说明先行词的，如果去掉它，主句的意思仍然完整，通常用逗号隔开。
Basketball,which is an interesting game,is played all over the world.
which is an interesting game只是对意义明确的basketball作一个补充说明,因此它是一个非限制性定语从句。
非限制性定语从句后用that吗？
NO!!!
限制性定语从句是先行词不可缺少的定语,限制性定语从句前不用逗号隔开
Those who want to go camping please tell the monitor.
who want to go camping 在句中不可少,否则先行词those不知道指谁,也变得没有意义,因此它是一个限制性定语从句。
限制性定语从句与非限制性定语从句
特殊关系代词as
1) as在定语从句中也可以用作关系代词，但它是一种特殊的用法，常用以下固定结构
such...as...像这样的
As is known to all 众所周知
As is excepted 正如所期待的那样
the same...as...与...一样
As we all know 众所周知
As everybody can see 任何人都能看到
2) as和which 都可以代替整个主句引导非限制性定语从句，其中as可以放在句首或句中，which不能放在句首。
She was very patient towards the children，which her husband seldom was.
她对孩子很有耐心，她丈夫却很少这样。
As has been said before，we have no time to go
over the text.
正如前面所说的，我们没有时间复习课文。
