学情分析
本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)四年级上册第五单元,主要围绕“食物及用餐用语"这个话题,重点学习食物名词及餐具等相关词汇及一些用餐用语。四年级的学生,他们具备一定的英语学习基础和英语学习能力,能够听懂、会说一些简单的语言,能在教师指导下初步形成规范的学习习惯,对课堂上的大多数学习活动有新鲜感,能在老师引导下完成相关学习任务。四年级的学生,他们对食物已经有了初步的了解并且他们对食物有着很大的热情,他们在三年级上册Unit 5 Let’s eat学过有关食物的话题,掌握一定的食物单词储备量,如:rice, fish, bread, milk, juice等,并能运用句型:I’d like some beef.来表达自己的用餐意愿,但是他们对中西方饮食差异,中西方用餐礼仪了解比较少。所以在本单元的教学设计中应注重提升学生积极性和专注度,引导学生了解中西方餐饮文化的差异,感悟中西文化相融,中国文化影响世界,提升民族自信。
二、单元整体设计思路

语篇研读(附图)本节课是阅读, 听力及故事对话篇, 本课时的主题意义是John和John的妈妈关于晚餐吃什么展开学习,复习本单元主要句型 “-What would you like for dinner I’d like ... Would you like some ... Can I have some ... 等句型,再通过阅读对话, 选出正确的图片, 观察图片写一写补全句子,巩固单词书写和规范, Let's check训练听和观察的能力, Read and match图文连线,还有对词汇的敏感,最后再通过story time部分, Zip 在Cat 的餐馆用餐, 点餐, 上菜等简单交际用语, 从而把整个单元中的词汇句型连接起来, 在情境中运用词汇和句型。
教学过程
核心素养教学目标 语言知识目标:能在图片和文本语境的帮助下,熟练运用本单元的核心单词和句型, 能正确表达自己的用餐意愿, 谈论用餐意愿和餐具是用建议等, 大胆说英语。思维能力目标: 能在教师引导下,能够根据对话选出正确的图片,能通过观察图片, 补全句子能听音抓住重点信息给图片排序能读懂故事, 并能用所学词汇和句型在合适的场景进行简单沟通和英语交际。学习能力目标: 能在音频和图片语境的帮助下, 学习听力题型和听力技巧。 有意识地运用所学字、词、句,培养“能听会说英语”的能力文化品格目标:了解英语的语言表达,体会不同的语言魅力,促进心智发展。激发学生对语音、拼写的兴趣,从而喜欢学英语。
重点 能够听懂和运用本单元的核心单词和句型并完成对应的练习。
难点 能熟练运用所学词汇和句型谈论用餐意愿和餐具使用建议等; 能完成check部分听力任务, 学习了解英语的听力题型和技巧。
