I am Lihua, a 17-year-old boy currently studying in Xinxing Foreign Language School, who will graduate this July. Recently, I learned from the newspaper an English secretary is needed in your company, which attracts me a lot. Consequently, I’m writing to apply for the position.
There are several main reasons why I’m qualified for the job. To begin with, as one of the top students in my class, I have a good command of English, especially expert at English speaking and writing. Additionally, interested in computer, I’m familiar with computer operation and office software, allowing me to do the office work well. Besides, I am easygoing, enjoying a harmonious interpersonal relationship.
