单元整体教学设计思路
本单元学习的主题是Changing,涉及“人与社会”主题范畴。本模块紧紧围绕变化这一主线,运用一般现在时态和一般过去时态来询问和谈论过去和现在生活所发生的变化,通过现在与过去的对比感觉生活中无时不在发生的变化。使学生初步了解现在生活条件的改善,知道祖国正在向前发展,从而更加热爱我们的祖国。
二、语篇研读(附图)
What:本节课选自外语教学与研究出版社的英语(三年级起点)五年级下册Module 1 Unit 2 She didn’t have a television. 本部分学习的核心语言是用一般过去时谈论生活中发生的事:I watched a television programme about China last night. An old lady talked about her life many years ago. She worked in the fields.课文通过学习Lingling写给Daming的信,用一般过去时讲述了她刚到英国和认识新朋友的过程。核心语言使用场景为日常生活常见,易于理解且学生感兴趣,对学生的个人生活态度的养成有积极的作用。
Why: 本课时讲述自从Lingling昨天在英国看了那个关于中国的节目,她就非常想念自己的奶奶,于是她写信给Daming,讲述她看到的那个节目并倾诉她对亲人的思念。通过创设情景,激发学生的学习兴趣,鼓励学生把所学内容运用到生活实际中。话题能够启发学生要有上进心和责任感为建设更美好的祖国及家园而奋斗。
How: 本课时是阅读、语音课教学模式,通过学习Lingling写给Daming的信,用过去时讲述了她刚到英国和认识新朋友的过程。带领学生了解书信的格式,书写要求;学习字母组合“ai /ay, al/au, ar”在单词中的发音。强调学生在自主探究、小组合作和多元评价的过程中提高沟通能力和解决问题的能力。
三、教学对象分析
学生通过两年半的英语学习,有一定的英语语言基础,初步具备了一定的听、说、读、写能力,学习策略也得到不同程度的发展。学生在三、四年级已经初步感知一般现在时和一般过去时的运用。在此基础上,本课进一步学习运用一般过去时来描述过去的生活和运用一般现在时来描述现在的生活。培养学生在学习语言意义之后,关注语言形式和规律的意识,形成及时总结所学知识、语言规律,最后能进行语言运用的能力。
四、教学目标
通过本课学习,学生能够:
1.在看、听、说的活动中,获取和梳理对话信息,理解对话中用一般过去时谈论生活中发生的事所使用的核心语言: I watched … last night. … talked about … many years ago. She worked ….;(学习理解)
2.在教师和同伴的帮助下,分角色表演对话,呈现核心语言在真实语境中的运用,并会对其中的语言、行为以及同伴的表现进行多角度评价;(应用实践)
3.在小组内进行真实语境的创设,学习谈论生活中的变化,使学生养成观察生活、热爱生活的良好品质,启发学生要有上进心和责任感为建设更美好的祖国及家园而奋斗。(迁移创新)
