It’s your time!
Amy was a smartphone addict. So fascinating was the small device that she felt it had become a part and parcel of her life. Wherever she went out and whatever she did, she was used to constantly checking her phone for her friends’ soial media updates. Once her phone wasn't within reach, she would feel depressed and distressed . One day, head down, eyes glued to her little screen, she was walking in the road when a car shot past, nearly knocking her off her feet. At that precise moment, she resloved to take a break from her smartphone for a week and see what life had to offer beyond the screen.
One possible version
The first few days without the smartphone were very hard. Amy felt a sense of withdrawal and disconnection from the world around her. She struggled with the urge to reach for her phone, but as the days went by, she started to notice the small things she had been missing. The vibrant明亮的 colors of the flowers in the park, the genuine laughter of children playing, and the warmth of the sun on her skin. She began to appreciate the beauty of the world around her and found solace 安慰 in the simplicity of life without constant digital distractions.
Use the Internet rationaly, and don’t be a slave to it.
