Bill Gates is the co-founder of Microsoft. He spent a lot of his money on projects that help the environment. He believes the animal farmed for meat should be reduced because of the impact it has on climate change. He said one third of all greenhouse gas emission may come from farms. A spokesperson for Mr Gates’s energy investment company spoke about the benefits of the new product. He said, “Rumin8 offers a low-cost tool that has already proven to be effective.” He added, “Our team will support Rumin8 in working closely with farmers to spread this solution globally.”

A new study has found that pollution is now the world’s biggest killer.  6  It accounts for 16 percent of all global deaths. Most of these deaths were from non-infectious(非传染性的) diseases caused by pollution. These include heart disease and lung cancer. The study was published in the medical journal The Lancet.
