that引导的定语从句

先行词
that为引导词,放在先行词及定语从句之间起连接作用
定语从句
定语从句是指在复合句中作定语的从句,定语从句所修饰的词叫先行词。
定语从句通常放在先行词的后面,由关系代词或关系副词引导。
that引导的从句既可以修饰无生命的事物,也可以修饰有生命的动物或人。
那部关于探险的电影非常有趣。

that作宾语,从句修饰人
引导词that作宾语时可以省略,但是在从句中作主语不能省略,否则会造成结构混乱。

It was August 3rd. I went to Chengdu with my parents on vacation. We went there by train. The weather was sunny and warm. First in the morning, we went to Mount Emei. It was really beautiful. Then in the afternoon, we went to the City Zoo and saw some pandas there. They are my favourite animals. They’re so cute that I want to keep one as a pet.
For dinner, we had some hot dishes. They were delicious. In the evening, we went shopping and I bought something for my cousin. We didn’t go home until 9:00 pm.
We had a great time! I was really tired but happy after the trip.
