Summary (16A2)
Taking tai chi classes changed my view of tai chi. It also improved my physical and mental health, and inspired me 1.to explore (explore) the Chinese culture behind it.
The first few classes were fun and easy and I learned about the history of tai chi. People used to believe that tai chi was invented by Zhang Sanfeng, 2.who was a 13th-century of Taoist, but nowadays people tend to believe it was developed by Chen Wangting, a 17th-century master of Chinese martial arts.
Atter a few classes, doing 3.the same moves over and overagain left me tired and aching. 4. Luckily (lucky), the coach taught me how to relax my muscles and keep my mind peaceful while 5. doing (do) the moves.
Summary (16A2)
To my 6.satisfaction (satisfy), my balance improved slowly, and I was able to do more difficult moves, and my love for tai chi was 7. stronger (strong) than ever.
As time went on, I began to study the ancient Chinese culture behind tai chi. I found that tai chi 8.is rooted in the Chinese philosophy of yin and yang. It finally brings about a state of physical balance and mental peace.
A year of practising tai chi has had a positive impact 9.on/upon my daily life. I believe I will continue practising tai chi and enjoy the benefits 10.brought (bring) by it.
Conclusion
Live a balanced life
Live a healthy life
