Dear Helen,
Thanks for your letter. Students always have a lot of worries. It's normal to have problems in life.
First, as for your best friend, maybe you can call her to say sorry or you can invite her to go to the movies together. And I think you will be friends again. Next, I think maybe these days you are a little tired. Try to play sports for half an hour every day, I think you can be relaxed. And maybe you can listen to music so that you will be happy. What's more, why not just lie on the bed to have a good rest It’s good for your health. If you have classes, try your best to listen to the teachers carefully. Follow the teachers, I think it's easy for you to learn something. So you will not worried about your schoolwork.
I hope my advice can help you.
Yours,
Dr. Known
