busy是形容词，常与be动词连用，表示主语的状态。
be busy with sth./be busy doing sth. 忙于做某事
e.g. I’m busy with my homework.
= I’m busy doing my homework.
我在忙着做家庭作业。
busy的反义词为free，意为“空闲的”。
e.g. —Are you free this Friday 这个周五你有空吗？
—Yes, I am. 是的，我有。
be free to do sth. 有时间做某事
[拓展] free还可意为“免费的”。
e.g. The fruit is for free here today.
今天这里的水果是免费的。

useful是形容词，是由“名词use(使用)+后缀ful”构成，意为“有用的”。类似结构还有：
help + ful → helpful 有帮助的
color + ful → colorful 绚丽多彩的
[注意] useful虽以元音字母“u” 开头，但其发音为辅音/ju:/，故其前用冠词a，而不用an。如：
It is a useful book. 这是一本有用的书。

介词短语 from … to … 意为“从……到……”，用来表述时间、地点等范围。
e.g. We go to school from Monday to Friday.
我们从星期一到星期五上学。
It’s far from Beijing to Shanghai.

after that意为“在那之后；然后”，相当于then。
其中after为介词，意为“在……之后”; that是代词，指代前面lunch。
e.g. He has an egg and some bread for breakfast. After
that he goes to school.
他早餐吃了一个鸡蛋和一些面包。然后就上学去了。

an art lesson for two hours 表示“一节两小时的美
术课”，此句中的介词for表示“持续某段时间”。
