教学内容
Let’s talk 学生通过观察、谈论Let’s talk板块的图片,并在PPT和教师的帮助下,能够理解对话大意。学生通过听录音,能够学会用正确的语音、语调朗读对话,并在小组中进行角色扮演。学生能够在语境中,运用句型“How many… ”询问物品的数量。
Count and say 学生能够用英文数字“1~5”对问句“How many… ”进行回答。
教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
1. 学生能够在实际情境中,运用句型“How many… ”询问物品的数量。
(二)思维能力目标
1. 学生能够熟练运用句型“How many… ”,询问物品的数量并进行回答。
(三)学习能力目标
1. 学生通过role play等互动活动,学会与他人合作学习的能力。
2. 通过不同的学习任务,学生能有意识地运用所学字、词、句,培养“说英语”的能力。

教学过程
Step 1: Warm up
1. Greetings.
2. Warm up
T: Let’s sing the song together. It is called “Ten little candles”. OK. Let’s sing along with the song.
(以一首轻快的数字歌曲展开今天的课堂,学生在歌曲中,对数字有个大概的印象,能够慢慢地跟着一起哼唱)
Step 2: Presentation
1. Number
T: Look, it’s a birthday cake. Now let’s put candles on it.
T: Look! How many candles on the cake
Ss: One.
(用图片引出数量one,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等)
T: Now let’s go on. Look, how many candles on the cake now
Ss: Two.
(用图片引出数量two,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等)
T: And we need to add more candles. Look, how many candles on the cake now
Ss: Three.
(用图片引出数量three,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等)
T: Let’s go ou putting the candles. Look, how many candles on the cake
Ss: Four.
(用图片引出数量four,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等)
T: And how about this picture How many candles on the cake
Ss: Five.
(用图片引出数量five,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等)
(如果条件允许,可以配合实物道具,更加直观形象地表达数量。)
2.Let’s count
T: Let’s look and count the numbers.
S1: one
S2: two
S3: three
S4: four
S5: five
(带领学生复习数字1到5)
3.Let’s choose
T: Look! So many cakes. Let’s choose one for birthday cake.
T: I like this one. This one, please.
(图片中有九个蛋糕,供我们选择。可以选择其中一款做为喜欢的蛋糕,也可以让学生上台来选,并输出句型This one, please.)
T: Sure. Here you are. (可以做一个递蛋糕的动作)
4.Let’s cut the cake
T: Now let’s cut the cake. We need plates for cake.
T: Let’s get the plate.
(展示图片,引出新词汇plate,同时,展示其书写,发音,音标等)
Step 3: Practice
T: Look at these plates, let’s look and count the numbers.
T: How many plates
S1: two
S2: five
S3: four
S4: one
(展示不同数量的盘子,让学生来问答,进一步复习巩固数量词汇)
Step 4: Let’s talk
Let’s watch
T: It’s Sam’s birthday. Sam and his mum come to a cake shop. They are going to choose a birthday cake. Let’s look at these four cakes. Which cake will they choose
T: Let’s watch the video and find out the answers.
(学生观看视频材料,在观看的过程中,找到Sam他们挑选的一款蛋糕)
Let’s listen
T: This time, let’s listen to the tape. How many plates does Sam need Find out the answer to this question.
(学生听录音,并快速找到Sam需要的盘子数量。)
Role play
T: Let’s read them and imitate it. Then act it out. One reads as Sam, one as Sam’s mum. The other one as the shop assistant.
Sam’s mum: This one, please.Shop assistant: Sure.Shop assistant: How many plates Sam: Five.Shop assistant: OK. Here you are.
(分角色朗读,一边朗读一边模仿语音语调,可以适当加入肢体动作,使表演更加形象生动,可以分小组进行PK)
Step 5: Count and say
Let's count
T: Woo! Sam got so many gifts. Let’s help him count the numbers.
T: Look at this blanks and let’s find out these things and write down the numbers.
(挑选一些物品,让学生把数量填入到对应的框内,物品数量尽可能控制在5以内)
(学生看着物品,快速地从图片中找到来,并数一数对应的数量)

T: Look at the things and numbers. Let’s talk about them
T: One asks, and one answers.
