Jason is learning how to make cartoons. He has found some information in a magazine.
First, you need to decide on some basic ideas for a story.
This story is about a robot, Han. He always forgets things. One day, Han meets his friends Sarah and Tim at the underground station. He says, “I’m happy, I bought a new notebook. Now I won’t forget things.”
Sarah says, “Yes, I have one too. Here it is.”
Tim asks, “Where’s yours, Han ”
Han says, “Oh, no! I forgot to bring it!”

Han bought a notebook so he wouldn’t forget things. However, when Sarah took out her notebook, Han discovered that he had forgotten to bring his.

need 作为实义动词时后可直接跟宾语,也可跟动词不
定式。如:
我真的需要那本书。
I really need that book.
我需要告诉他不应该去那儿。
I need to tell him that he shouldn’t go there.
need作为情态动词时,后不可接宾语,而应跟
动词原形。否定式为need not = needn’t。如:
不想说话的时候,你可以不说。
You needn’t talk to anyone if you don’t want to.

as well as是并列连词,用来连接并列成分,如名
词、形容词、动词等,通常不位于句首。它强调
的是前一项,后一项只是顺便提及。连接并列主
