There are smog problems in many cities. Smog is bad for people's health.
We had some smoggy days in Suzhou last week. One morning, I got up early as usual. Mum came in and put a mask in my bag. When I was going to school, I could not see clearly at all. I saw many people wearing masks in the road. The traffic was terrible and it took me a long time to get to school. Our teacher asked us not to have the P.E. lesson outside since the air was bad.
I didn't care about the smog until I got sick. I found myself feeling uncomfortable and coughed a lot. But it was too late. I took some medicine and now I am getting better.
I think we can do something to help beat the smog. For example, we can walk to work or ride a bike instead of driving. I really hope to have a bluer sky soon.
