Analysis of the Teaching Material 本节课是一节写作复习课。活动3a-3e一步一步地为写作任# 各搭建框架。3a让学生讨论朋友遇到的问题并给出建议,通过填表整理信息。3b给出了段落的框架,让学生用前面的信息 填空,完成文章的第一段,3c让学生仿照第一段的框架继续完成文章的第二段和第三段。活动4为学生创设了新的话题, 上他们综合运用所学语言,谈论自己参与志愿者活动的计划。Self Check 主要检测If..will.….句型的运用。活动1通过# 全单句的练习让学生回顾if从句的结构和语义功能。活动2给出更完整的对话语境,让学生在更丰富的语境中理解和使 用证从句,并根据上下文补全对话中的其他成分。活动3要求学生在预设的情景下充分发挥想象力,进行if条件句的创作,以达到熟练运用该句型的目的。
Analysis of the Students 通过前面的学习,学生对If..will...句型已经有了很好的# 握。所以,在本课时的写作中,教师要引导学生大胆运用。通过一个学期的学习,学生的写作水平有了很大提升,但教师还要指导学生合理布局谋篇,写出语言流畅的作文。
Analysis of Teaching Objectives Language ability 1.能熟练运用目标语言:What will you do if you visit an old people's home If I do that, I'll bring the old people some flowers.2.描述条件和结果;能运用本单元的if从句和第四课时reading中的信息和语言进行写作。3.复习本单元的重点词汇和语法项目。
Learningability 1.学会书写给出建议或解决办法的文章;2.学会使用条件句分析原因和后果。
Thinking quality 客观对待问题,合理给出建议。
Cultural awareness 1.学会遇到问题适时寻求帮助;2.学会关注自己和周围人,帮助学生形成健康向上的人生观;3.鼓励学生多参加社会活动。
Teaching keyPoints 重点:运用本单元的if从句,学会书写给出建议或解决办法的文章。难点:运用第四课时reading中的信息和语言进行写作。
Teaching Procedures Teacher’s Activities Students’ Activities Intention
Step 1Lead-in 1.Brain Storm. T says: What’s your biggest worry How to solve the problem 2.T says: How to give advice Then makes summaries. You should /can....You’d better ....... 头脑风暴,说说你的烦恼以及怎样解决?跟着老师总结给建议的句型。 利用趣味问答,回顾烦恼话题。为后面书写活动做铺垫。
Step 2Pre-writing 1.Go through 3a, T asks Ss to read the instructions to 3a. Ss ask someone they know what his/her three biggest worries are. Then think of possible solutions to the problems. Make simple plete the task.2.Turn to 3b. Ss complete the task in 3b using the notes in 3a and the structures in 3b to help with the writing.3.T may ask some Ss to read their writing in 3b to the class.4.Point Analysis. T leads Ss to think about the structure of the article. Then lists them:name, problem, advice.4.Go through 3c, T says: Write your advice for your friend's second and third problem following the structures in 3b. 在老师的策略指引下,完成3a并检查答案。完成3b句子书写。对3b内容进行结构分析(人物,问题,建议)。记下笔记。完成3c。 通过3a讨论和3b结构分析,从中发现有关建议的书写策略。分析建议的书写要点:人物,问题,建议。 做到框架上一目了然。
Step 3While- writing 1.T shows an example and read the instructions to the class. Then lists the outline.2.T asks students to complete the article and reminds that Ss use the notes in 3a,3b and 3c. T may give any help if necessary. 3.Writing practice. 学生根据老师的分析及3a-3c的关键词句,完成写作。学生完成写作任务。 学生在书写的过程中,注重词汇选用,时态运用,单词拼写和连接词的使用等。
Step 4Post- writing 1.Peer-editing: T lets Ss exchange articles, evaluate it and then help each other correct them. T reminds Ss that they can follow the key tips on board.2.T lets some Ss read their passage to the class.3.Part 4. T read the instructions for this activity to the class. Then ask two students to read the dialogue.4.T points out the poster and ask Ss to add more items to it.5.Self CheckWork on 1Get students to look at the words in the box in Self Check 1 carefully and fill in the blanks with them.Then check the answers in class.Work on 21.Ask students to look at the words in the box and the conversation in Self Check 2.2.Then have students work by themselves and complete the conversation with the words in the box and tell students that some words can be used more than once.Then check the answers together in class.Work on 31.Ask students to use their imagination to complete the sentences.Give students an example:—What will you do if it rains all weekend —I will chat with my friends online and play computer games at home.2.Let students complete the task.3.Select some students to share their sentences with the class. 学生交换文章,根据要点评价并相互修改。小组讨论。选中的同学积极表演。完成Self Check。 进一步熟悉写作要点。引入公益活动话题,鼓励学生多做活动。复习if 句型的用法及关于假设的话题,引导学生行动之前思考后果。
Step 5Language Points Explanation 1.If意为如果,表示条件,if引导的句子是从句,用现在时态,主句则用将来时态。也就是所谓的“主将从现”。If you eat less, you will be thinner.If you work hard, you will be successful. 将知识点做好笔记。 将本课重点汇总系统的进行讲解和分析。

Teaching Reflection: 亮点之处
1.在本课教学中,实抓学生的写作大体技术。主要包括能正确判断体裁,准确使用时态,正确运用语法知识点,拼写无误,能在文章中表达自己的观点和态度等。多跟着老师进行模仿性练习,放宽要求,降低难度,以保证学生有一定的兴趣,循序渐进的提高学生的写作能力。2.本节课体现了任务型教学的设计理念,同时写作任务的设计 均围绕如何帮助别人解决问题进行,学生参与广泛。学生的写作技能得到训练,思维也得到训练,情感目标也得以实现。
有待改进 1.由于学生的已有认知水平不同,学生个体存在差异,课堂个别环节设计对于部分学生可能较难,可以根据实际教学的需要删减或降低难度。2.Self Check的习题部分略显枯燥,在任务1中,教师可以让全 班同学改写第一、三、四句话。教师可以锁定从句部分或主句部分,让学生补全句子的另一部分,看学生能说出多少种不同的句子。这样不仅可以巩固计条件句,还可以激活学生的创造力。
