there be句型表示的是“某处有(存在)某人或某物”,其结构为“There be (is, are, was, were)+ 名词+地点状语.”例如:
There are twenty students in our class.
There was an old house by the river five years ago.
there be 句型的否定形式要在be 动词后加上not, there be 句型的一般疑问句形式只需将be 动词移到句首。例如:
There isn’t an apple in her bag.
Is there anything new in today’s newspaper?
注意:there be 句型中be 动词的形式要和其后的主语在人称和数上保持一致。如果句中的主语是可数名词单数或不可数名词,be 动词用is/was; 如果句中的主语是复数名词,be动词用are/were; 如果句中有两个或两个以上的名词作主语,be 动词要和最靠近它的那个主语保持一致。例如:
There is an orange and some bananas in the basket.
There are some bananas and an orange in the basket.
there be句型的将来时态可用there will be 或者there is/are going to be来表达。例如:
There will be a meeting this afternoon.
There is going to be a meeting this afternoon.

in order to 意为“为了”,其后接动词原形。例如:
In order to catch the early bus, Tom got up early this morning.
In order to win the game, he practised a lot.
in order to +动词原形,表示目的。其用法和意义相当于so as to 结构,但是in order to 可用于句首、句中,而so as to 多用于句中。
