第1课时 Let’s talk & Let’s play
教学内容
Let’s talk 学生能够理解对话大意,用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下,在语境中运用句型“—What’s this —It’s a…”来交流图片上的各种动物信息。
Let’s play 学生能够通过声音与意义相结合的游戏活动,巩固记忆动物单词的音和义以及句型“—What’s this —It’s a…”。
教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
1. 学生能够理解对话大意,能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。
2. 学生能够听懂、会说句子“—What’s this —It’s a duck/ dog/ bear.”。
(二)思维能力目标
1. 学生能够在实际情境中,正确运用句型“—What’s this —It’s a…”询问并回答动物的名称。
(三)学习能力目标
1. 学生通过role play等互动活动,学会与他人合作学习的能力。
2. 通过不同的学习任务,学生能有意识地运用所学字、词、句,培养“说英语”的能力。
(四)文化品格目标
1. 利用不同的语境,增强文化素养和与他人交往的能力。
教学过程
Step 1: Warm up
1. Greetings.

T: Let’s sing the song together. It is called “Old Macdonald has a farm”. OK. Let’s sing along with the song.
(以一首轻快的动物农场的歌曲展开今天的课堂,学生在歌曲中,对动物有个大概的印象,能够慢慢地跟着一起哼唱)
Step 2: Presentation
T: Today let’s see some animals.
1)duck
T: Look! It’s a duck.
(用图片引出动物duck,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等,老师可以模仿其走路姿势或者声音来与学生进行互动)

T: Look! It’s a dog.
(用图片引出动物dog,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等,可以邀请学生来模仿dog的叫声或动作等)

T: Look! It’s a pig. It’s cute.
(用图片引出动物pig,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等,与学生互动pig的叫声)
4)cat
T: Look! It’s a cat.
(用图片引出动物cat,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等,可以模仿cat的叫声或动作等)
5)bear
T: Look! It’s a brown bear.
(用图片引出动物bear,同时,展示新词汇的书写,发音,音标等,可以邀请学生做出bear捶胸顿足的动作)
(在呈现动物单词时,结合图片,可以帮助学生更快的理解这个词汇的意义,另外,结合音标等,可以在发音上有所提升)

(把动物词卡再一一进行展示,并结合句型进行简单问答)
Pair work
T: Look at these animals, let’s ask and answer in pairs.

B: It’s a ... (词汇:duck/ cat/ dog/ bear/ pig)
(这个环节,可以让学生把新句型进行操练,进一步加深印象,在句型的操练过程中,把动物的词汇再次进行呈现)

T: Let’s play a game. We need to watch carefully. And tell me what’s missing
T: If you know the answer, please stand up and say it out loudly.
(这个游戏环节,让学生专注地观看,老师可以利用PPT,让其中一张词卡消失,学生需要快速做出反应)

Ss: Wu Binbin and Mike.
T: They are going to play a shadow game. Let’s go and have a look.

(简单地介绍一下对话的背景,并抛出一个问题,让学生从视频材料中,去找到这两个影子是什么动物)

Role play
T: Let’s read the dialogue with two in a group. One reads as Wu Binbin. The other reads as Mike.
(分角色来进行朗读对话,一个来朗读Wu Binbin,另一个来朗读Mike,可以进行小组PK)
