等等表示过去的时间状语连用。把be动词和动词改成过去式。
1.be动词am， is，are分别变成was，was，were。
2.动词变为过去式：A.规则变化的动词：一般在词尾+ed,
以不发音的e结尾的+d，以辅音字母+y结尾的把y改为i
+ed，重读闭音节词要双写最后一个字母+ed。
如：work—worked，dance-danced，carry-carried，
shop--shopped
