卢浮宫(法语:Musée du Louvre)位于法国巴黎市中心的塞纳河北岸,位居世界四大历史博物馆之首。

Stonehenge is an ancient circle of stones in the south of England. It is about 5,000 years old. It was probably a place to bury dead people or a place to study the stars and the sky at night.

The stones came from about 200 kilometres away.Some of the stones are missing, but it is still one of the most wonderful sights of the world. 意义:
1)经常发生或反复发生的动作;
eg. He always helps others. 他总是帮助别人。
2) 现存的情况或状态;
eg. My piano is quite new. 我的钢琴非常新。
3) 客观事实或普遍真理等。
eg. The earth moves around the sun. 地球围着太阳转。
注意:主语为第三人单数时,动词要变为第三人称单数形式。

意义:
1)表示过去某个时间发生的动作或情况。
eg.I worked in that factory last year.

2)表示过去习惯性动作。特别是由would/ used to do表达的句型,本身表示的就是过去时。

他以前总是每周看望一次他的母亲。

意义:

注意:有些动词一般不可以用于进行时态

2)表示认识、知觉和情感的动词,如:know, think, hear, find, see, like, want, wish, prefer等。

意义:
1)过去进行时表示过去某一时刻或过去某一阶段正在进行的动作。
eg. Mary was listening to light music 10 minutes ago.
10分钟前,玛丽正在听轻音乐。
2)如果when, while这样的时间状语引导词所引导的主从句之一是一般过去时,则另一个句子常用过去进行时。
eg. I was washing my hair when you knocked at the front door. 你敲前门时我正在洗头发。
