Grammar
1.一般过去时的概念
一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态,常和表示过去的时间状语连用。
如:last year, yesterday等; 也可表示过去经常反复发生的动作,常和often, always等频度副词连用。
Example:
①I saw him in the street yesterday. 昨天我在街上看见他了。
②Li Mei always went to school on foot last year.
去年李梅总是步行上学。
Grammar
2.一般过去时的句式结构
肯定句:主语 + 动词的过去式 + 其他.
eg: He went to the toy store yesterday.
否定句:主语+did not (didn’t) + 动词原形 + 其他.
eg: He didn’t go to the toy store yesterday.  
一般疑问句:Did+ 主语 + 动词原形 + 其他?
eg: —Did you go to Beijing last week
—Yes, we did. (No, we didn’t.)
特殊疑问句:疑问词+did + 主语+动词原形+其他?
eg: What did you do last night
3.动词过去式的构成
动词过去式的变化规则 例词
一般动词,在词尾直接加“ed”。
work - worked
以e结尾的动词,只在词尾加“d”。
live - lived
以“辅音字母+y”结尾的动词,将y变为i,再加“ed”。
study - studied
重读闭音节结尾,末尾只有一个辅音字母,先双写该辅音字母,再加“ed”。
stop - stopped
不规则动词的过去式需特殊记忆。
如:am(is)-was, are-were, go-went, come-came等。
一般过去时并不难,表示过去动作、状态记心间。
动词要用过去式,时间状语句末站。
否定句很简单,didn’t 站在动词原形前,其他部分不要变。
一般疑问句也好变,did放在句子前,主语、动词原形、其他部分依次站。
特殊疑问句也简单,疑问词加一般疑问句记心间。

一般过去时陈述句变为特殊疑问句
(1)确定疑问词
指人:who/whom 事物:what
地点:where 时间:when/what time
原因:why 频率:how often
长度:how long 距离:how far
(2)语序变化:
① 对主语提问语序不变
② 对其他成分提问要加助动词did,后边动词需还原。
如:
注意:

动词一般过去时,表示过去发生的事。
be用was 或用were; have, has 变had。
谓语动词过去式,过去时间作标志。
一般动词加-ed,若是特殊得注意。
否定句很简单,主语之后didn’t 添。
疑问句也不难,did 放在主语前。
若是谓语之前有did,谓语动词需还原。
动词若是was, were, 否定就把not 添。
巧记一般过去时
1 Listen and pay attention to the pronunciation of the past
form of each verb ending with -ed/-d.
1. He missed the bus this morning.
2. Maria performed ballet and played the piano at Kangkang’s
birthday party.
3. They danced and played games at the party.
4. The boy wanted to play it again, but the game ended.

1.清念 /t/,即 ed 在清辅音后面念 /t/,
eg: finished helped cooked
2.元浊 /d/,即 ed 在元音,浊辅音后面念 /d/,
eg: borrowed enjoyed moved
3. /t/ /d/ 之后念 / d/,即 ed 在 /t/ /d/ 音后面念 / d/,
eg: wanted shouted needed
