一．Listen and say the chant.
1、教师出示动物卡片，学说cat, dog, mouse, frog, etc.

4、The teacher shows a flashcard to some pupils and ask:

5、Play the ch ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )ant two or three times and ask the pupils to repeat it. The pupils should be divided into two groups so that the chant simulates a dialogue.(配动作)
二．Listen and find the wizard ’s pet.
1.在听录音之前，给学生举例示范。
2.播放录音，学生做题。
3.核对答案。

1、Before presenting the action story, introduce the verb to roar.

3、The teache ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )r says the first sentence fly like a budgie and mimes it. The teacher then asks the pupils to mime the same action.
4、When the pupils a ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )re able to understand and repeat the movements by themselves, the teacher says the actions in the same order without miming them.
5、By simply decodin ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )g the words, the pupils will be able to perform the corresponding action. In the next phase, the teacher should say the actions in jumbled order.
