1. hundreds of 数百的
eg：Hundreds of people attended the concert.
数百人参加了音乐会。
hundred前加基数词，表示“几百”时，hundred要用单数形式。hundred与of连用，表示“数百”时，hundred要用复数形式。
eg：There are eight hundred students in our school.
There are hundreds of people in the park.
【点拨】hundred前若有基数词时，hundred用单数形式且后面无of，hundred表示“概数”时，要用复数形式，而且要与of连用。
