exercise v. 锻炼；运动
exercise n. 练习；体育锻炼；体操；运动
e.g. You should exercise often.
你应该经常锻炼。
e.g. Swimming is a good exercise.

exercise名词辨析：
“练习”（可数名词） He is doing some English exercises.
他在做一些英语练习。
“体育锻炼”（不可数名词） You should do more exercise to keep fit. 你应该多锻炼来保持健康。
