五.例文
Creating a bird-friendly garden or balcony
Good afternoon, everybody!
I’m very glad to share my topic with you. I’m Li Lin from Class 1, Grade 8. Today I’d like to talk about creating a bird-friendly garden or a balcony.
Birds play an important role in nature. They bring nature to life and I love nature. Some people keep birds as pets, which prevents them from flying freely. The number of birds has also decreased dramatically over the years. So let’s create a bird-friendly garden or balcony.
First, find a right place on the balcony and make a house for the birds. Second, use feeders to provide birds with the food they like. When they are hungry, they will come to your balcony. Third, cover the balcony with their favorite plants. Fourth, put some water on the balcony. If they are thirsty, they may come to drink. In a word, if you want to create a bird-friendly balcony, try to offer the birds something they’re looking for, then they’ll be much more likely to come to visit. In this way, the living environment of birds can be greatly improved.
That’s all. Thank you!
