教材分析 Analysis of Teaching Material This part is selected from Module 10 Unit 1 I hope that you can join us one day for junior high school students published by Foreign Language Teaching Research Press. In this lesson, students will have a general understanding of broadcasting programs and radio station workflow and know about the steps of being a good presenter. (1)What: Unit 1 starts with listening to the English radio. It introduces the students into the real situation to stimulate their interest in learning. The dialogue describes the situation in which Chen Huan leads the students to visit Radio Beijing. Lingling also expresses her wish to become a radio presenter. (2) How: The first part is a broadcast program. The second part is a dialogue. (3) Why: The first part aimed to make students know how to start the broadcast and make sure information specific when broadcasting. The second part aimed to make students have a general understanding of broadcasting programs and radio station workflow and know about the steps of being a good presenter.
学情分析 Analysis of Students By observing the students' performance in their previous English teacher's classroom, I find that the students have the following characteristics: The students in this class are Eighth grade students. Through learning the first few units of the first and second day of junior high, most of their language proficiency has reached level 4. They can make basic descriptions, sentences, and paraphrases according to pictures. In addition, students enjoy both audio and visual teaching, so flexible use of multimedia can effectively promote the improvement of teaching efficiency. The students have already learned object clauses in the previous module, and have also practiced related object clause sentence structures in the previous module. They have learned how to use object clause guides and word order problems, and can basically express ideas and ideas in object clauses. They have also mastered certain listening skills. However, in listening and speaking classes, students still need guidance from teachers to better apply listening skills and use relevant sentence structures.
