上学第一天可怕的事情发生了。
something terrible 意为“可怕的事情”。形容词修饰不定代词要放在不定代词后。happen常指具体事件的发生,特别指那些偶然的或未能预见的“发生”。happened to do sth.碰巧,恰好干某事e.g I happened to meet our homeroom teacher yesterday.3. be afraid of doing sth .害怕做某事 be afraid to do sth 不敢做某事 e.g Tom is afraid of snake/ riding a bicycle. I am afraid to stay home alone.I'm afraid not."恐怕(不能/不会等)",用来表示委婉的“不“。 — Can you play football with us — I'm afraid not. 教学反思 教学中发现部分学生学过就忘,不能做到课 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )后复习,督促下,也是应付差事。因此在今后的教学之余,加大对学生的监督工作。此外,我打算把教学重点转向课文阅读,把学生先带近英语学习的大门,再加强知识点的讲解。
