考点一: 过去进行时（一）
含义：过去进行时表示在过去某一时刻正在进行的动作或过去某一段时间内一直进行的动作。
构成: 过去进行时是由“was/ were +动词的现在分词”构成的。
常用时间状语： at that time, at this time yesterday , at 6 am yesterday, from 6 am to 9 pm last Sunday, when + 一般过去时的时间状语从句（当…时）
Eg: He was watching TV at that time. When I got home, my brother was cooking.
过去进行时与一般过去时的区别：
过去进行时 表示过去某时刻或时间段内发生的动作，强调动作正在进行。 She was playing computer games at 4 pm yesterday.
一般过去时 表示过去发生的动作，多侧重于动作已经完成 She played computer games yesterday.
too...to太…而不能…
主语+be +too +adj./adv. +( for sb.)+ to +do.
eg: The coat is too small for me to wear.这件外套对我来说穿起来太小。
