一、引言
“双减”不减责任,“双减”不减质量,“双减”不减成长。“双减”政策 鼓励布置分层、弹性和个性化作业,坚决克服机械、无效作业,杜绝重复性、惩 罚性作业。其目标是希望学校作业布置更加科学合理,以达到巩固或提升的效果, 不是为了作业而作业。它旨在恢复教育生态,避免应试化、短视化教育,培养学 生的创新能力、创新精神及综合素质,全面夯实人才积淀,进而服务国家战略需
求及民族复兴伟大事业。
《义务教育英语课程标准 (2022 年版) 》中指出: “秉持在体验中学习、 在实践中运用、在迁移中创新的学习理念,倡导学生围绕真实情境和真实问题, 激活已知,参与到指向主题意义探究的学习理解、应用实践和迁移创新等一系列 相互关联、循环递进的语言学习和运用活动中。”这就促使我们必须坚持以“践 行学思结合、用创为本的英语学习活动观”为方向,引导学生在学习理解类活动 中获取、梳理语言和文化知识,在应用实践类活动中内化所学语言和文化知识, 在迁移创新类活动中联系个人实际,运用所学解决现实生活中的问题,形成正确 的态度和价值判断。
新型英语作业应该是以任务为中心、以英语语言为载体,体现真实性、生活 性、人文性,激发学生聪明才智与学习兴趣,促进学生富有个性、健康有效的发 展。因此,在作业设计时应遵循培根铸魂、启智增慧的原则,紧密联系现实,鼓 励学生灵活调用已有的生活经验和知识储备,选择不同的方式方法,创造性地解 决问题。在此过程中,学生不断品尝创新的乐趣和成功的喜悦,从而让智慧和精 彩在作业中飞扬。
二、相关政策背景
2021 年 7 月 24 日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于进一步减 轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》,以“有效减轻义务教育 阶段学生过重作业负担和校外培训负担”为目标的“双减”政策正式发布,并逐 步落地,为教育改革拉开了新篇章。“双减”政策的实质是:回归教育的主阵地 ——学校,回归学校的中心工作——教学,回归教学的重中之重——教学质量, 回归育人的主体——教师的责任和担当,形成以家庭教育为基础、学校教育为基

石、社会教育为补充的一个良性循环和互动的大教育环境,更好的为国家培养高 质量人才。
作业是学校教育教学管理工作的重要环节,是课堂教学活动的重要补充,对 帮助学生巩固知识、形成能力、培养习惯,帮助教师检测教学效果、精准分析学 情、改进教学方法、促进学校完善教学管理、开展科学评价、提高教育质量具有 十分重要的意义。因此,对作业的研究与探索是促进课程改革内涵发展的核心问 题之一。作业设计和实施的质量,不仅是提升教育质量的重要领域,还是衡量课 程改革成效的关键尺度,更是教师专业发展水平的重要标志之一。

(一) 课标要求
本单元主题内容为“礼仪习俗” ,以谈论习俗和应该怎么做为交际功能,重 点在这些语境中学习和运用 be supposed /expected to do sth./It's adj.+动词不定式。 教材选编了多模态语篇,包括对话、说明文等连续性文本和图表、图示等非连续 性文本以及音频、视频等。根据《义务教育英语课程标准 (2022 年版) 》 (以 下简称《课程标准》) 要求,从语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力等方

面对本单元的课程内容进行分析。
(1) 语言能力:
掌握动词不定式的用法;能够使用动词不定式表达习俗,懂得在异国他乡哪 些事情是该做的,哪些事情是不该做的;了解不同国家的习俗文化,学会尊重不 同的文化,养成良好的入乡随俗的行为习惯。有助于学生发展跨文化沟通与交流 的能力。
(2) 文化意识:
了解各国文化背景、礼仪习俗,学会在不同场合的得体表现,提升跨文化认 知、态度和行为选择。
(3) 思维品质:
学习讨论不同国家在不同情境下的文化习俗,选择符合交际场合和交际对象 身份的语言形式,使用“ You're supposed to shake hands.”或“Yes, it's important to be on time”等礼貌表达;理解讨论不同国家礼仪习俗时的语气和语调,以此进行 理解、分析、比较、推断、批判、评价、创造。有助于学生了解不同文化,比较 文化异同,汲取文化精华,逐步形成跨文化沟通与交流的意识和能力,学会客观、
理性看待世界,树立国际视野,涵养家国情怀,坚定文化自信,形成正确的世界 观、人生观和价值观,为学生终身学习、适应未来社会发展奠定基础。
(4) 学习能力:
能借助笔记或要点归纳的方式加强语言记忆,使短时记忆转化为长期记忆; 积极探索适合自己的英语学习体会,主动参与课内外英语拓展活动。有助于学生 掌握科学的学习方法,养成良好的终身学习习惯。
(二)教材分析
本单元分为两个大板块,Section A 和 Section B.Section A 部分有三个模块: 第一模块以“见面礼节”为话题学习,围绕“拜访礼仪”进行听力和口语训练;第二模 块要求学生就不同国家对时间的不同观念阐述自己的观点,并展开训练;第三模 块为 Grammar Focus,仍就“习俗”为话题进行语法归纳和练习。Section B 部分也 有三个模块:第一模块复习和学习餐桌礼仪,并运用所提供的词汇进行听力、口 语训练;第二模块是一个有关留学生遇到的文化冲突的阅读模块,讨论在异国产 生的文化冲以此来激活学生对相关背景知识的联想;第三模块 是作文和 Self

(二) 作业目标
作业目标的整体定位,应通过实践调研,真实呈现学生的学习情况,满足大 多数学生“学”的要求,达成目标中的必做;同时满足不同学生的差异性要求, 按照自己的学选择选做一或选做二。有的学生只能解决简单的问题,实现 “会用”的能力发展,而有的学生则能灵活解决问题,或者独立创造问题,实现 “活用”的能力发展。教师要根据学生的不同水平,正确看待学生的个体差异, 让每位学生达成能力范围内的目标,使作业目标更具科学性。
英语课程标准是引领学科课程的纲领性文件,教学目标是引领教师进行作业 设计的重要载体,学生学习情况是作业设计的关键。在进行作业目标设计时,要 基于课程标准、教学目标和学生学习情况的整合,关注目标的多维性和综合性, 促进学生能力提升。应注重英语课程标准和单元教学目标的整合,注重学生整体 要求和个性差异的融合,充分发挥作业的育人功能,使作业目标的设计更具体、 更科学,从而正确把握作业设计导向。
六、作业设计原则
(一) 多样性原则
根据加德纳的多元智力理论,人的智能可以分为语言智力、逻辑数学智力、 音乐智力、身体动觉智力、音乐智力等。每个学生都是独立且独特的个体,教师 不应该单纯从知识层面来布置作业,并以此评价学生,而要实现作业布置的多元 化。面对多种核心素养,让能力不同的学生找到各自的展现舞台,既完成了教学 目标,也让学生积累学习自信,提升学习能力。
(二) 分层性原则

)因材施教不仅仅是重要的教学原则,其体现在作业设计上就是分层作业。教 师要充分考虑学生的英语基础和认知水平,尊重学生的不同特点和个性差异,在 设计作业时要层次递进、精准实效且形式多样,让学生可以有效地完成力所能及 的作业,以达到巩固教学目标拓展个人能力的目标。
(三) 自主性原则
2022 版《英语课程标准》强调培养学生的学习能力,学习能力的发展有助 于学生掌握科学的学习方法,养成良好的终身学习习惯。英语核心素养也要求作 业的设计要促进学生的自主学习、自主探究、自主思考和自主实践。因此教师在 设计作业时要平衡作业的难度和完成度,考虑学生对作业的参与和选择,以及活 动作业中学生的个人思考与小组合作,培养不同层次学生的自主学习能力。
(四) 合作性原则
如今的英语课堂,有很多教学环节需要学生进行合作才能更好地开展,例如 free talk, collect information 等,但是很多学生缺乏合作意识,一部分学生认为自 己足够优秀不需要与别人合作,也有一部分学生内向害羞不敢提出与别人进行合 作。在学习上进行合作不仅仅可以取长补短,更加可以发挥每个学生的闪光点, 帮助他们建立自信,培养团队精神和集体荣誉感。此外,核心素养也强调合作性 原则可以提高学生的交流能力以及合作能力,学生可以课上进行合作学习,课下 进行交流探讨合作完成作业。
(五) 创新性原则
传统的英语作业设计单一乏味且任务量重,并不能帮助学生实现综合发展和 个性化发展的理念。时代的发展对学生提出来更高的要求,也相应的对老师提出 更高的要求,因此教师在布置作业的过程中要坚持创新性原则,结合时代背景、 时政热点,紧抓课程标准和核心素养,做到作业形式灵活多样,以创新的作业形 式提高学生的兴趣,帮助培养学生的创新意识。

八、作业分层及学生分层介绍
(一) 学生分层介绍
在对学生进行分层之前要对学生进行了解,并根据学生的性格特征、学习态 度、学习兴趣、学习潜力等,科学合理的将学生进行分层。这种分层要符合动态 的原则,即这种分层不是固定不变的,随着学生学的发展变化,学生可以 从原来的层次水平上升或下降到另一层次。这样通过及时合理的调整,可以保证
教师的教学计划也可以促进学生的自我提升。
A 层学生,即学困生,占班级 30%。此阶段学生基础知识掌握差,接受知识 能力弱,学习积极性不高,学习习惯有待提高。
B 层学生,即中等生,占班级 55%。此阶段学生成绩中等但有波动,学习基 础不扎实,对英语有一定兴趣但意志力不坚定,学习方法不太正确。
C 层学生,即学优生,占班级 15%。此阶段学生基础知识扎实,有良好的学 习习惯和学习方法,对英语学习兴趣浓厚,对知识的吸收理解能力强。
(二) 作业分层介绍
在给不同层次学生布置作业时,教师要注意作业的难度和层次区分度,能够 让知识输入更加适合学生的最近发展区,可以使不同层次的学生获得相应水平的 知识和指导,既可以提高他们的学习积极性也可以给他们减负,使教学和作业达 到更优的效果。
因此,作业分为必做和选做,必做作业的重点是夯实基础和巩固提高;选做

作业侧重于延伸课时内容,提高学生的动手能力、合作能力、创新能力等。A 层 学生完成必做作业;B 层学生完成必做作业和任选一项选做作业;C 层学生完成 任意一项选做作业。
