Hot dry noodles are traditional food of Wuhan, Hubei. They have a history in Chinese food culture for about 80. years. They're typical (典型的) breakfast food in Wuhan, and are often sold in streets in other cities. Hot dry noodles can be served at 5.:00. in the morning until midnight(半夜)in Wuhan.
It's said that in the early 19.30.s, there was a small restaurant run by Li Bao. He made a living by selling noodles and noodle soup in Hankou.
