Unit 1 Where did you go on vacation
We took quite a few photos there.
quite a few 不少；相当多 （后接可数名词复数）
辨析：a few/few a little/little
How did you like it
How do you like ... 你觉得......怎么样？
相当于 What do you think of... /How do you feel about...
Eg:How do you like this new movie
What do you think of this new movie
How do you feel about this new movie
The only problem was that there was nothing much to do in the evening but read.
There is/was nothing much to do...but+动词原形 除了（做）...没有太多的事情可做
类似结构：have/has nothing to do but+动词原形 除了（做）...什么也不能做
注意：此类句型中but前如果没有动词do,but后则应接to +动词原形
Eg:have/has no choice but to do 除了做...别无选择
Eg:He has nothing to do but wait.
He has no choice but to study hard.
Still no one seemed to be bored.(即使这样)仍然没有人显得无聊。
Seem 似乎；好像
主要用法：
(1)主语+seem(+to be)+表语
Eg:Tom seems (to be ) a very clever boy.
主语+seem+不定式
Eg:Miss Green seems to like the dress.
It seems that从句
Eg:It seems that no one knows what has happened in the park.
It was sunny and hot,so we decided to go to the beach near our hotel.
decide(v)决定；选定
常用结构： decide sth.决定某事
decide on doing sth.决定做某事
decide to do sth.决定做某事
decide+that从句 决定...
Eg:I can’t decide anything at the moment.
We decide on carrying out the plan.
He decides to learn English.
I decide that I must do it.
decision(n)决心；决定 make a decision做决定；下决心
I felt like I was a bird.
feel like:感觉像；想要某物；想做某事；摸起来像（接名词或动名词）
Eg:I felt like a fool when I answered wrong.
She feels like a cup of tea.
He didn’t feel like going to school.
It feels like silk.
拓展：
feel sb/sth do sth. feel sb/sth doing sth.
I wonder what life was like here in the past.
wonder:(v)想知道；琢磨 相当于want to know
其用法：
常接宾语从句/疑问词+to do
Eg:I wonder what time it is now.
I wonder where to spend the weekend.
wonder:(可数n)奇迹；奇观 （不可数n）惊讶；惊奇
wonder at/about sth. 对...感到惊讶

as(adv) 像...一样；如同 （用于比较）
Eg:She likes apples as strawberries.
as的其他用法：
介词：像；如同；作为
Eg:She works as a teacher.
The students dress up as monsters.
连词：当...时（引导时间状语从句） 因为/由于（原因状语从句） 依照（方式状语从句）
Eg: I saw Tom as I was getting off the bus.
As it is raining hard,we have to stay at home.

用法：
one类和body类指人，thing类指物
one类和body类对应可以互换
any类用于否定句或疑问句中，some类用于肯定句中或用于表示请求、建议的句型中
复合不定代词做主语，谓语动词用单数形式
形容词修饰不定代词，要位于不定代词后
one类和body类指人的不定代词有’s的形式
不定代词后有else时，’s 要加在else后面
not+everything表示部分否定 (并非)
当句子的主语是指人的复合不定代词（everybody/nobody/anyone等），其反义疑问句的主语通常是they,也可用he.
当句子的主语是指物的复合不定代词（everything/anything/nothing等），其反义疑问句的主语通常是it
Eg:Everybody is here,aren’t they Everybody is here,isn’t he
Everything is ready,isn’t it
