◎用法总结:
offer作动词,意为“主动提出,自愿给予”,常见结构:offer sb.sth.=offer sth.to sb.;offer还可以作为不可数名词,意为“帮助,提议”。

◎观察思考:
You are supposed to know the law.你应该懂得这项法令。
I don’t suppose that he’ll agree. 我料想他不会同意。
◎用法总结:
suppose是及物动词,意为“猜想,料想”,常见结构be supposed to,意为“应该……”;当句子主语为第一人称时,suppose、think、believe等词后的宾语从句谓语的否定要前移到主句谓语部分。
