I always dreamed to visit the Great Wall．So when the chance finally came in the spring of 2019, I did not hesitate(犹豫)．The Great Wall is about 21，196 kilometers long, including several parts．After searching for information, I decided to visit Mutianyu．It was the second－closest to Beijing, and it was quieter than Badaling, the most distinguished part．So many people know about it.
The air was cool and fresh on the morning of my visit．It took me two hours to travel from my hotel to Mutianyu．I feel excited while I was on my way．As soon as I stepped out of the cable car(缆车), I ran to the nearest wall to look far into the distance(远处)．I saw the fantastic view(风景)．I felt so excited!
